Welcome to the Saratoga Beach Community! Nestled along 2 miles of East Harbor Road on Whidbey Island, we offer a private beach, cabana, boat ramp, and serene waterfront access on Holmes Harbor. With excellent water systems and abundant wildlife—including daily eagle sightings—our members enjoy peaceful walks, beach combing, fishing, crabbing, and more.

⚠️ Water Conservation Update – No SPRINKLER Watering PLEASE
While official restrictions have been lifted, our well is still needing more investigation and work this fall. We are asking all residents and guests. to voluntarily conserve water.

Please avoid any outdoor USE OF SPRINKLER watering—including lawns, gardens, and pressure washing—until further notice.

We’re grateful for your cooperation as we work to protect our shared water supply during this time.

2025 Project Update: The Beach Road Has Been Resealed and is open.

Beach Maintenance Posted on Sep 20th, 2024 Check out our beach piling redo! This is the Beach Committee in action, and we couldn’t have done it without our amazing volunteers. A huge thank you to Brad K. and Dave B. for overseeing the project. Did you know we have 151 pilings? It took 27 gallons of coating material to get the job done—our first application since 2012, 12 years ago! We’re always looking for more hands to help keep our beach in top shape. If you’re interested in volunteering, we’d love to have you!

Our Annual Beach Potluck

At the recent SBOA potluck gathering, over 35 members came together to celebrate community and dedication. The highlight of the event was the dedication of the new President’s bench to Sue Gibson in recognition of her tireless contributions. The atmosphere was filled with warmth and gratitude, with outstanding food shared by all. It was a beautiful moment to honor Sue's hard work and the spirit of collaboration within the group.

Beach Clean-Up Day: Rain or Shine, We Showed Up!
On May 31st, our Saratoga Beach community came together—despite the rain—to clean, clear, and care for our shoreline. From moving wood to tackling scotch broom, we got it done with teamwork and smiles.

A big thank you to all who showed up, and to the Emergency Preparedness Committee for keeping neighbors informed during the well outage.
Community spirit: alive and well—raincoat and all!
