We think our community is a great place to live.  And while we don't have rules about what color you can paint your house or what types of plants you can put in your yard, we do ask everyone to be considerate of their neighbors and do their part to keep their homes and yards maintained.  Tree plantings and renovations which interfere with your neighbor's view should also be considered.

 

Additionally, Saratoga Beach Owners Association does have community standards guidelines that everyone is expected to adhere to.  First of all, SBOA residents must adhere to the County codes and requirements regarding property, fire, noise, etc.  These standards were implemented to help maintain property values for all of us and to maintain a pleasant, peaceful environment for everyone.
