Current County maps have eliminated some of the plats and their geographic IDs, for combined properties. However, SBOA membership fees are assessed based on the original plats so we will continue to use these maps.
- Saratoga Beach - Island County Plat Maps: These maps depict the original plat numbers for this community, the areas highlighted in green are those plats owned by the Association.
- Saratoga Beach Water System Area Map: These maps depict the entire Saratoga Beach community and provide a guide of SBOA's water service area. Please note this map was created in 2012 outlining lots with active water service at that time.
- Saratoga Beach Section Maps: These maps depict Saratoga Beach in 6 sections, sourced from the Island County Assessor Quarter Section Map of South Whidbey Island.
